Description Ensang Noir is a floral chypre fragrance that explores themes of passion and tension through contrasting elements. The composition opens with a cold breath of aldehydes paired with the green acidity of blackcurrant, immediately creating an unsettling yet captivating effect. At its heart lies a rose rendered in an unusual state of tension, described as faded and withered, complemented by softer floral touches of magnolia and peony. The base develops into a complex interplay of sacred incense and opoponax, grounded by earthy patchouli and woody accents of birch and vetiver.
