Here at Fumerie Parfumerie we are widely known for our world-class customer service, which is built on our free walk-in consultations. This process is meant to help you find fragrances you truly love by getting to know your taste, on your terms. For in-person consultations, we generally recommend to plan for at least an hour-long session for any given visit. If visiting on a weekend, we almost always have a waiting list that our Host manages from noon until close. If you are planning to visit during our peak hours or the holiday season, we kindly suggest adding at least thirty minutes to your allotted time budget for your consultation.

In an effort to share this process with our online community, and to help you save money while shopping for your new fragrance by giving suggestions specific to your tastes, we are now offering free online consultations. To begin this process, please fill out the form below. In the field titled “Comment” please give us an idea of what you are looking for. Don’t be shy! We assure you- There is no wrong language for describing your desired scent. Our consultations cater to anyone; from first-timers to seasoned enthusiasts. You can reference smells you like in the world, shapes, ingredients, or just what you hope to find in abstract terms! We do encourage and specialize in broader, more personal language, and find that the vast majority of folks have better results when using adjective-driven descriptions that do not rely heavily on notes.

We will respond as soon as we can with a list of recommendations from our website. After receiving our recommendations, we encourage you to purchase samples of whatever most interests you from our recommendations or elsewhere on our website. We will then welcome your feedback and continued dialogue, and will happily continue this process until the right fragrance is found!

This process takes different amounts of time for everyone, and there is no exact formula for success, but we are committed to helping you find what is right for you on a level you will not find elsewhere. It’s also a ton of fun!
