David Apel

David Apel, Vice President and Senior Perfumer for Symrise, is one of the internationally top-ranked professionals in his eld. He began his career in 1980 in the fragrance labs at Givaudan, where he became captivated by the raw materials of perfume creation and embarked on a journey to study perfumery. After an apprenticeship, studies at home and abroad, and heading the Chromatography laboratory, he became a Perfumer.
