Amélie Bourgeois
Amélie Bourgeois was born in France. She studied cosmetology and was intrigued by the brief introduction to fragrance. In 2002, she began studying perfumery in earnest after meeting Monique Schlienger, founder of Cinquième Sens. She apprenticed under Schlienger for three years and began creating her own compositions alongside her colleague Anne-Sophie Behaghel. Bourgeois continued working at Cinquième Sens for seven years following the conclusion of her apprenticeship as a parfumeur and trainer. More recently, Bourgeois founded Flair, a bespoke perfume service with Martine Denisot.
