Description L'Art de la Guerre by Jovoy is an aromatic fougère fragrance. The fougère family is a traditionally masculine-marketed family containing notes of bergamot, lavender, tonka bean, and oakmoss. L'Art de la Guerre—or the art of war—opens with fresh notes of bergamot, rhubarb and lavender. The sweet spice of immortelle joins with nutmeg in the heart and contrasts with the green freshness of violet leaf. The woody base of sandalwood and patchouli is augmented by inky oakmoss and sweet and leathery cistus labdanum.
