Caroline Demur

Caroline Demur knew very early that she wanted to do a job related to perfume creation. Since the 4th grade, her goal was to go to ISIPCA and she did everything to reach this goal. She finally entered this school after achieving her degree in Chemistry.

She then discovered the evaluation business at Mane before becoming a perfumer's assistant and then a perfumer at IFF. That's where she met Anne Flipo. “I often say that the day I was told I was going to work with Anne was one of the best days of my life... and it's true. She taught me so much: the basics, the rigor, writing formulas in order of evaporation. I trained by working with her for 3 years but also by following the internal school course during which I had the opportunity to work in Singapore, then in Grasse at LMR* but also in New York.”
