Description It is our profound honor and greatest pleasure to introduce our very first fragrance collaboration to our beloved community, fans of co-creator Meo Fusciuni, and folks new to the medium of fragrant art alike. Ponte Etereo is the inaugural Fumerie Parfumerie collaborative fragrance, lovingly, meticulously, and vulnerably composed by creative director and Fumerie founder & owner Tracy Tsefalas, and perfumer extraordinaire Meo Fusciuni.

Over the course of an entire year, Tracy, Meo, and Meo’s brand collaborator and wife, Federica Castellani, worked to build a bridge of thought, scent, and aesthetic between one another that ultimately has resulted in what we all would consider the only natural outcome, Ponte Etereo. These collaborative efforts have produced a fragrance that so precisely yet mysteriously captures the personalities and influences of all creative parties involved, the specific and amorphous appeal of Portland, and the emotional vulnerability so fundamentally at the heart of both Tracy and Meo’s approach to fragrant art.

“For many years, I had envisioned a fragrance collaboration in which I might have the opportunity to work with a skilled perfumer to create a fragrance that would capture the many aspects of fragrance that I adore. What I hadn’t planned on was having the honor of working with a perfumer that I hold dear and have great admiration for, Meo Fusciuni. My first experience smelling our finalized creation was pure joy. Meo had taken this project to heart and brought nuance, complexity, and deep emotion. Initially, my brief included dry cocoa, patchouli, and tobacco. In his singular manner, Meo played on these materials but brought forward an entirely new and fascinating creation. Yes, the notes that I had provided were present, but the story was much more enchanting than I could have even anticipated. The slightly reserved animalic notes were the perfect soft growl that gave this fragrance a notable depth and profundity. I encourage giving this enigmatic fragrance a still moment to experience its intricacy and give space to question and explore the story that unfolds.”
