Shipping Policies

Fumerie Parfumerie is committed to ensuring that your items arrive safely and in a timely manner. To that end, we have partnered with the United States Postal Service (USPS) in order to offer you a wide array of affordable and reliable shipping options.

Standard Domestic Shipping

As a thank you to our customers for choosing Fumerie Parfumerie, we are proud to offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders of $100.00 USD or more. In order to take advantage of this offer, simply select Free USPS Ground as your shipping option at checkout. This offer only applies to orders shipped to addresses located within the contiguous United States. Free shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.

Domestic orders less than $100 will be charged a shipping fee based on the weight of the package, the value of the item and the destination. All shipping fees are automatically calculated by USPS at checkout. We do not add extra charges on top of the carrier charges.

Sample Order Shipping

Select the USPS First Class Mail (Samples Only) shipping option at checkout if you are placing a samples-only order. Sample shipping to the United States is $6.00. Sample Order shipping can also be used when our sampler packs. Please note that choosing the Sample Order shipping option for orders containing anything other than samples, including books and magazines, will result in delays. If your order contains anything other than samples, we will contact you via email and provide you with available shipping options for your order. In most cases, an additional transaction will be required in order to pay the outstanding balance.

Media Mail

We offer shipping via USPS Media Mail specifically for books or magazines. USPS Media Mail rates start at $6.00 for the first item and increase by $1.00 for each additional item. Please do not select the Media Mail shipping option if you are ordering anything other than books and magazines. If your order contains any items that cannot be shipped via Media Mail (per USPS guidelines), your order will be delayed as we contact you via email and decide on an appropriate shipping method for your order. In many cases, an additional transaction is required in order to pay the additional balance after the shipping method is changed.

Shipping Rates

Most of our shipping rates are calculated at checkout and based on the destination. If you would like to calculate shipping costs, simply proceed to checkout and select your desired shipping option. A total will automatically be calculated for your order. Canadian sample orders are dependent on the actual rate charged by the carrier and will vary from purchase to purchase. Sample orders are assessed a flat rate per order. Domestic sample orders are $6.00 per order.

Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to ensure that your item arrives in factory condition. Items are individually wrapped in tissue, bubble wrap and surrounded by packing peanuts. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at damages@fumerie.com. Sample orders are shipped in small boxes. All samples are packed in zip-top plastic bags and wrapped in tissue paper. Monthly samplers are packed in drawstring bags and wrapped in tissue paper.

Shipping to An Address Other Than Your Billing Address

In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud, we require that all orders placed online ship to the billing address. If you would like to have your order shipped to an address other than your billing address, you can place an order by phone by calling 234-386-3743.

Canadian Shipping

Canadian orders ship via USPS First Class International. Shipping to Canada is $25.00 per order. Customers will be responsible for paying all taxes, duties and fees associated with the order. Canadian sample orders are dependent on the actual rate charged by the carrier and will vary from purchase to purchase. Final delivery is handled by Canada Post.

International Shipping

We are not currently shipping packages internationally.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. All sales are final, including items purchased as gifts and subscriptions. We encourage customers to take advantage of our sample program in order to ensure that the fragrance you choose will be a good fit.
